I mentioned it in the V-Cast, but Monty Madaris is having a really nice training camp. He has put himself in the the first six by expanding his versatility. Over the summer he worked hard to learn more than just the X position. He is equally comfortable at the X and the Z now and that's huge because it will allow him to get more work. MSU needs to get him work this year because he is going to have be a playmaker as a senior. There is some serious talent coming in, and I really like the potential of the 2015 guys Davis and Stewart, but Michigan State needs Madaris and RJ Shelton to be steady during a big period of transition. He is also a guy that is very comfortable with either O'Connor and Terry.
