MSU close to offering 3-star Ohio WR?

Columbus (Ohio) Franklin Heights WR Seth Dawkins was on-campus a few weeks back, and came away both excited about the school and optimistic about an offer. Coaches told him they just want to verify his speed before offering, and he's running an 11.04 100 meters this spring at 6-3, 205. Article on Dawkins below.
