HOCKEY MSU Hockey #1 in the Country

The USCHO Division 1 Men's Hockey Poll has been released, and thanks to previous #1 Denver being swept by Arizona State, the idle Spartans at 9-1 on the season collected 38 1st place votes and are now the top ranked team in the country. This is the 1st time since October 22, 2001 the Spartans have been ranked #1 in a poll during the season (They were #1 in 2007 for the postseason poll after wining the national championship).

The Spartans host Lindenwood at Munn Arena this weekend on Friday/Sunday.
