MSU Rankings based on offers - updated and huge thanks

I have updated the MSU rankings based on offers and have adjusted the formula's and calculation methods based on everyone's feedback. Hoophead and I have been tweeking the formula for several days and I think we have a winner. The main change is with the calculation used to determine what constitutes a 5 star, 4 star and 3 star offer. I created a formula which is based on the last 3 years which uses the Year end AP ranking of each college team, and it uses the year end average Rivals star ranking, sorted lowest to highest. Anyway, the specific calculations are on the website.
