If you are looking for something interesting and new to do Saturday while tailgating, the MSU girl's rugby team is playing the u of m squad at 10:00 a.m Saturday. The pitch (that is what the field is called for you rugby novices) is on the SE corner of campus near Hagadorn and Service Dr. It is very entertaining to watch. Comp likes to point out that Teddy Roosevelt led the drive to create the line of scrimmage in a football game ending the practice of teams running at each other from ten yards away. That play still exists in rugby. You have to be tough to play.
