EAST LANSING, Mich. – Michigan State women's tennis hosts Western Michigan and Eastern Michigan at the MSU Indoor Tennis Center on Sunday, Feb. 2 at 10 a.m. for the Spartans' first double-header of the season.

Coming off a successful home-opening sweep last weekend, the Green & White hope to prevail with their second weekend of matches in East Lansing to conclude a season-long four match homestand.

The Spartans hosted Xavier and West Virginia during the previous weekend, going 4-3 and 6-1 in their matches. This marked the first two wins for the team this season with State now standing at 2-2 in spring play.

Just an hour away from East Lansing travels the Western Michigan Broncos to compete in their second match against the Spartans in five years.

The Green & White hold an 8-4 record against the Broncos, with the teams competing just 12 times in the last 20 years.

The doubleheader kicks off with the competition against Western Michigan at 10 a.m.
