The only ND player taken was a TE in the middle of the 7th round.
I looked at ND's draftable players, and there were only a few, so I guess it shouldn't come as a surprise they didn't have more players taken in the draft. That did make me look at ND's depth chart for 2015 though, and as I thought, it's pretty much all juniors and seniors. And that should be a bit concerning for the power five conferences. ND is going to be good next season and a ND team with one loss will make it to the four team playoff. Well, let's put the odds at 90% or better that they'll make it with just one loss.
OK, if ND does make the playoffs, the road becomes incredibly difficult for the other legitimate contenders. One loss will most likely be one loss too many for most teams.
BTW, ND has an extremely favorable schedule this year.
