Looking at their schedule, they play against Wisconsin, at Minnesota, and against Top 25 Northwestern in back-to-back-to-back weeks in October. I don't think things will unravel with Riley as coach due to his experience, but our game in Lincoln isn't looking as intimidating as it did a month ago. They very well could still be a .500 team come November 7th.
Always possible that the narrative could be that they come off a confidence building win over Purdue with a chance to redeem their season with a win over us, but I think that stretch of games could really beat them up and do some work on their confidence as they enter the final month of the season.
