It is a terrible mess and I believe it is going to spread like a bad virus. To start, Fitzgerald will sue NW with a high powered attorney, Dan Webb. He may have grounds for wrongful termination given that he was originally suspended for 2 weeks based on the investigation report. Today, several NW players that were victimized have hired a Crump another big time attorney to sue NW. Crump is also expecting other NW players to come forth. In addition it is expected that players from other schools will come out with similar hazing allegations. This could mushroom into a major scandal. Time will tell.
