In no order:

1. Will Delton Williams be part of the 2015 team and, if so, in what capacity?

My take: Yes and he will be allowed to compete for the staring RB position with internal punishments and standards he will have to meet. If he fails to meet them, he will be gone quickly. If he fails to make the playing group, he will redshirt and be moved to defense, probably LB.

2. Will Drake Martinez be in the playing group and in what position?

My take: Drake will probably be a force on special teams, only, through about the Michigan game and then he may transition to the line backing playing group, if he can pick up the system. I see him sharing time with TJ Harrell in 2016-2017 at OLB.

3. Who will MSU miss most from the 2014 team?

My take: Many will argue it will be Trae Waynes or Tony Lippett, but, I think we will be talking about Mike Sadler's loss as being critical. I think most MSU fans have been spoiled by the consistency of Sadler during his years in East Lansing. I believe Jake Hartbarger will struggle with consistency in 2015 and it will be a major topic of discussion here this fall.

4. Will we notice that MSU will miss Pat Narduzzi?

My take: No. Business as usual and it will not be discussed here.

5. Who will emerge as Connor Cook's go to receiver in 2015?

My take: McGarrett Kings, Jr. Aaron Burbridge has not shown that he can stay healthy and be consistent for a whole season and RJ Shelton is limited playing in the slot. Kings should have a huge year. Many will regret he did not redshirt in 2012.

6. An idea that will probably not happen but probably should?

My take: I would move RJ Shelton to RB, at least on a part time basis. Shelton may not be big enough to do all the things a MSU RB is expected to do in this offense, but, I think he could add speed to the position and big play ability. He came to MSU as a RB and I think he has great running instincts. I would love to see him share the spot with one of the bigger backs. When he doesn't line up at RB, he could line up in the slot. He would add great flexibility to MSU's backfield. The obvious weakness is his pass blocking and running inside.
