perhaps there was a phone call to the AA Police Chief and the Police chief asked the cop on duty to NOT FOLLOW Protocol on a breathalyzer
interesting. I wish the Freep had someone who ACTUALLY wanted TRUTH and could truly INVESTIGATE this thing .. from breathalyzer to the AD’s car. Etc.
