Right now is a great time to be a Spartan especially with Dantonio and Izzo giving us reasons to be proud everyday but just like them there are others who are making an amazing impact on the world in the name of our Spartans and Dr. Terri Taylor is one of those people. It's her research that is mentioned in the "Spartans Will" commercial and she is truly taking one of the world's most deadliest diseases head on. Had the pleasure to be one of the students that worked with her and it was truly a life changing experience.
Also something to take away from this article and video is to think how fortunate you are when you get an MRI for a knee or a shoulder and the monumental task it was to get children MRIs for deadly brain swelling diseases (note: feel fortunate, don't feel guilty, that's not why I mentioned it). This isn't meant to be a political thing, just a minor note, but also be proud of what great things are coming out of our university.
