A bit of a slow day without any commitments. What are some of the good dorm traditions and how long did they stick around? I started another thread about Air Force football - 6 west akers had a bit of a run with that.
But how about some of the other traditions. After 6 west I moved to 4 East akers. In the early 80s the floor used to run out to midfield at halftime of the last home game, or maybe it was homecoming, and quickly build a 15 person pyramid and then run off the field. We actually had to practice a bit to get it right. There wasn't much security back then and it was harmless so no one really cared, we didn't get kicked out or anything. It may have ended after 1984.
What other dorm traditions were out there?
