I recently purchased a home in Lansing and am looking for advice on cable. I called Comcast and they quoted me at $160 for what I want. Besides for the basics, DVR, BTN and FSD are pretty much the only requirements I have. To me, that price seems ridiculous.
I followed up my phone call by dialing DirectTV and they quoted me around $86 for the first year (and it sounds like around $117 for the remaining years). Am I missing something? I am also going to look into Dish Network.
