OT:Hilton Head, S.C info needed

My wife and I are supposed to be headed to Hilton Head, S.C. this weekend (Oct 11 - 18). However, I'm watching the news and they are reporting that the flood waters are moving back to the south and east. It appears that most of the flood areas are to the north and west. But, with the water now moving south and east, are we making a mistake driving to and staying in Hilton head?

Any info is appreciated. Cheng?
