OT-son needs help putting on weight

My 15 year old son is 6' 1" and weighs 170. He plays basketball and runs and lifts wts. and burns @ 3000 calories a day.
He wants to play football as a sophomore at around 185 in the fall. What good and healthy food can he eat to get his weight up. Thanks for any help.
