OT: when was the last time the Tigers finished outside top 6 in MLB hitting?

Incredibly, the answer is 2009.
They finished 1st in 2014,2013 but the consistency back to 2010 is incredible to me.

Is this statistic as underplayed as I think it is? Maybe the baseball nuts knew this but I didn't. Wow.
