Paper ticket only lines

it gets a little annoying to say the least waiting several minutes while somebody fumbles with their cell phone trying to get their E ticket scanned. Don't really know if it's the persons inability to operate their phone or the entry attendant to operate the scanner and don't care. I love gadgets as much as the next person and have an iPhone, iPad, iPod, Apple TV, a computer, two cars with Bluetooth technology. Hey e ticketing has some advantages, just give me the option to avoid the tech challenged folks out there, especially when it's cold and wet. There has to be a better solution.
