How many points do you think MSU will have to score to have a chance to win the game? I think they have more than a punchers chance but they will have to be efficient on offense and put up 35+, Throne will have to be over 70% on completions with 0 ints. Even on drives where they don’t score they will have to gain some 1st downs (91st in the NCAA on 1st downs gained)
On defense it will be bend between the 20’s but don’t break in the red zone, forced at least 2 extra possessions through TO’s or turnover on downs. Also need to get off the field on 3rd downs (105th in NCAA on 3rd down D, couldn’t find a stat on 3rd and long but they seem to give up a lot of 3 and 8+yd conversions)
