I am now wondering if our preparation for games (scouting, game plans, awareness of strength and weaknesses of opponents and ourselves) along with "in the news" items about teams.

Playing an Indiana team that can not pass and features a running qb, we did not scheme or adjust our defense to take away the only thing that they could do.

We did not adjust for kicking in harsh conditions by simply centering the ball (after a time out) at the end of the game.

Offensively we continue to not go under center for short yardage and continue with deep handoffs allowing penetration and ability of defense to read and react.

Playing at um, it was all over the news about Penn State having a huge problem in the tunnel after the game. Obviously, either our players disregarded our coaches orders on how to react when it happened, or we didn't address the issue when it was a known problem. (Yes. When I coached and we were at a heated rival we did talk about how to react when they swore, spit, pushed, etc after the game)..

I could continue this list for a long time just covering basics....

I just don't appropriate preparation and quality control.
