Debate about the Proper use of Grammar has occurred many times during my 14 years as a participant here at Spartanmag.

I think we need a Grammar thread that addresses Rules so that the use of proper Grammar is commonly practiced and this debate is no longer necessary.

Lest I not be accused of being an elitist, I too make the occasional grammatical error.

I'd like to start the instruction with an explanation of the Rules of Comma usage. Perhaps others will address specific topics.

Please spend time reading these rules.
