Jim, I think it was either you or Matt (definitely one of the staff) who when evaluating Madaris in high school noted that he had a lot of ability but sometimes his motor and desire to really get after it in training and practice or his overall passion for the game was in question.
Because the average Magger on this site hasn't seen him play (or practice) much, do you feel that as a 4th year player that his drive and determination matches those of the rest of the team? Basically, is this no longer an issue? We really need Madaris to be hungry and get after things, especially since he'll play a big role next year.
