The Drive with Jack had Dr. Ben Hartnell, an MSU grad, on his show. They discussed how Hartnell uses Raye of Light to teach his kids about the role of sports during the Civil Rights movement, Jack surprised Ben by having Jimmy Raye jump on the phone call.
Ben and I plan to do more with these lessons and hopefully inspire Lansing schools to use Raye of Light to educate young students about the great university in their backyard that was on the right side of history.
