For the 2020 recruiting class we offered a total of 194 offers for
the entire year. So far this year we have offered a total of 171 offers.
With the staff spreading a wider net than the previous staff I would
expect this to go well north of 200. Should be interesting to see what
they can pull in after Mi, Ohio and Georgia. Would not be shocked to
see some from Texas, Col, Calf etc. Ohio and Michigan will always be
important to us but interested to see if they develop new pipelines.
