Let's do this two ways. Name the next Big Ten champion that comes out of the West Division and the next Big Ten champion, other than OSU or MSU, to come out of the East Division. In other words, other than the conference's two big dogs, which teams will rise up and win one?
For the West, I'm going Nebraska. The Husker's will get it together sooner or later.
For the East, I'm going Maryland. Maryland had a sniff of success last year and its recruiting, which is usually solid, may pick pick up over the years.
That's may call. A side call is that for the next 5-6 years, it will be either MSU or OSU winning the conference.
