Detroit Jesuit played St. Joseph to a 48-13 win, and it really wasn't that close. Nelson played quarterback and threw for 150 (9 of 12 I think) and ran for about 70. He also had either a punt return or kick return for a TD. The kid is very athletic and very poised. I think he normally plays safety. Anyway, he demonstrated clearly why he is a D1 athlete.
Corey Malone-Hatcher made a couple plays, was neutralized most of the game and not a factor.
