Spartan Fund Question

I have been a season ticket holder for years but within a group of tickets purchased by another. Last year I started donating to the Spartan Fund. This year I am looking into getting a parking pass. My question is - can I get a pass if I am not buying the tickets? I know my location and chance of getting one is based on level and points (which I don't have much since I haven't been the original purchaser). But I don't see where the parking pass request can be made on the website.
