Thanks for all the feedback. I have updated the method to go back to the original calculation that in order to be a 5 star, you need a mininum of 5 offers that are 5 star schools. In order to be a 4 star, the top 5 offer average must be above 4.0, and so on. I will keep the new breakdown of 5 star, 4 star and 3 star schools with the color coding. Let me know if any other tweeks would make it better.
