JV was cruising again allowing one run through 8 2/3 innings. He allowed a single. Ausmus comes out, and without consulting JV, pulls him (only 115 pitches). JV is pissed and the fans are booing. He comes back out of the dugout and encourages the fans to boo louder.
Sure enough, the reliever he puts in gives up a two run home run.
Safe to say that Ausmus is d-o-n-e done. Not that it wasnt already a foregone conclusion or anything...
