On Wednesday, Michigan State men's basketball coach Tom Izzo discussed the transfer portal, NIL and the changing landscape in college basketball. He talked about the departures from his team and what is next. While Izzo certainly does not agree with a lot of what is happening in college athletics right now, he is not stepping away from the game any time soon.
“I still have passion, I still have energy, I still want to make a difference,” Izzo said. “I still want to help kids live their dream (like) I got to live mine. All the right reasons.”
