Mike Tressel on Drake Martinez and what he has shown so far, and his potential on special teams immediately:
“I know just by watching him run: kickoff and covering punts, (he) could be phenomenal. In seeing him blitz for a couple of days, I’d like to send him all I can blitzing off the edge and blitzing through the middle. Anything where we could cut him loose and let him run, I feel like we could let him do that right off the bat.
"In terms of the key reads and run game fits, it’s just a matter of how fast he comes along. If he learns it, he’ll be out there.”
