So. I am at a loss for how to respond to this.
There is a very nice little old lady at the office. Other than the fact she is a huge UM and Harbaugh fan, she is a pleasure to work with.
Early this morning she says hello and then, 100% serious, says, “I know you’re an honest young man, so it must make you absolutely sick the way the refs interfered with that game Saturday and gave it to MSU. But you should just be OK with it… unfortunately there is nothing anyone can do about it now and you should just consider it a win and try to enjoy it. It’s just a shame we will never know how the game would have turned out if the fix wasn’t in.”
If she wasn’t so nice, I would have laughed in her face. But she is so sweet and so old, I couldn’t do anything but nod and smile and agree with her.
But I feel like I have been outfoxed by a little old lady.
