Watch this video of the interviewer painfully trying to squeeze some sort of affirmation out of Brandon Peters about how "special" it is going to be to work with Harbaugh's wind-up toy personality. He keeps putting words in his mouth to acheive this. I almost felt sorry for Peters, watching him nervously react to a question it seemed like he did not want to answer.
The point is, I think Michigan has realized that they do not have an ideal fit for the stage ready behavior they are looking for. Jimmy is unable to follow their script. They are going to expend a lot of energy explaining and educating the public on how cool Harbaugh's out of control behavior really is.
