I was curious about how Suzy Merchant is doing so I talked to some folks at MSU tonight. She's still undergoing tests and it's been made clear to her by the Athletic Department that she can take as much time as she needs before she comes back. At this time, MSU isn't planning on sharing any further information since this has to do with her personal health. Merchant is considering putting out a statement of her own at some point. It goes without saying that I wish her the best and hope she gets through this stronger and gets back to the bench soon.
