"Webpage not available" "Reload" Anyone else get this message?

Or is it just my incompetence with all things computers? I have a relatively new HP laptop.

Thanks in advance for any assistance. It's so freakin' frustrating when they stupid bent-page icon comes up.

I don't seem to get this message when I go to other sites but get it about 50% of the time here lately.
