Here are some of my favorite posts from the Fort game thread. Fort posters in quotes, followed by my comments. I must add my son was funny, I was laughing after the bad Michigan plays and he asked me “Are you going to laugh after every bad play?” I answered “yep”. Early on in first half
Chris Balas – “This is a well coached football team, my God.” Yeh, 3 points in first half, look great.
Wolverine16 - “Anyone else near tears of joy? This is glorious!” Definitely back to the good ole days of Bo.
Then early in the second half
One guys says “RB, WR, QB recruiting was poor unfortunately”. Next guys says “It continues to be poor line play” Come on guys, which is it, RB, WR, QB, Line, defense is too slow. These are Chris Balas 5 star recruits right?
Blue Kahuna – “Michigan dominated the first half”. Yep, just look at the points and yardage.
BDCarp04 – “Captain Comeback is in the house, y’all” Sure is, here we go, haha
Gobluefever – “Lets be honest… this year we may struggle, however we have the best coach in America and we never say lose!!!” For sure, based on the improvement in this game over last year everyone case see it right?
Then a bunch of posts on how bad Rudock is, followed by
Ck_94 – “Thanks, Hoke, for not recruiting and developing the QBs. Terrible coach. Gonna take years to repair the damage he did at the QB position. Terrible.” Hoke just did a terrible job recruiting Ruddock.
One poster wrote “It’s going to be rough against MSU and OSU this season. I thought JH could pull one of those out but not with this offense! Nevershank then replied “This team will be light years better by then” Huh, based on what? Clearly through spring ball and August everyone can see the massive improvement from last year right?
And finally by mikeyt – “Going to be a very long season. 6-6 might be an achievement” What?, best coach in America and you go 6-6 with all that talent?
