The quote in my heading is not new to anyone here. The reason I put it up here is because I firmly believe that this quote has legs.
I heard Drew Sharp quote Mark Dantonio's statement earlier in the week. His point was, Dantonio is correct. Keep in mind, Dantonio said this on the ESPN Championship Drive podcast. It wasn't the first time Dantonio has said this but this time he spoke into a large megaphone. ESPN will likely want to take credit for him saying this at one of their venues.
Controversy sells. Of course the TV coverage of our game against Michigan is going to revisit this quote. I'm not predicting we will hear this as long or as often as the Kevin Hart "little brother" quote, but expect to get a good dose of this quote until Harbaugh can right the ship over there.
I LOVE IT. This quote really succinctly puts the plight of our two teams in perspective over the last half decade.
