What constitutes a successful year with in state recruiting this year?

I've listed the top ten guys in the state according to Rivals. We know Rivals (or any recruiting service) is not gospel, but based on our activity, it appears we agree that our top Michigan targets are on this list. Vance (ranked 13th) is the only guy I am aware of who is not on this list who may be a high level priority for our coaches.

Do we need to get three out of ten to consider it a good year for recruiting Michigan? What about two out of ten if it is the right two? Anyone think we need four? I can't imagine 1 out of 10 would be considered a strong year in state by anyone.

Just tossing it out there to get some different viewpoints and generate some good discussion.
