Where is the event located in Baltimore?

I'm living in Hunt Valley for a summer job and would love to know if I could walk up and watch some of the event. I saw Comp's last article from Hunt Valley so assuming it may be the Fair Grounds. If anyone knows where it's located and if I could go and watch that would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
