Who emerges and wins the Big Ten west this year?

BYU just won impressively over Boise State. Man, Nebraska will be thinking of that hail mary for a long time. I think a great case can be made for any of the following:

Nebraska
Wisconsin
Northwestern (who won 41-0 today, that is only six points they have given up in two games)
Minnesota

I don't see Iowa winning it, but they are much improved.
