part of the offense again?
I watched the first half of the 2011 B1G Championship game (currently on BTN). We got the ball with a 29-12 lead with 2:30 left in the half. First play was a screen to Le'Veon that lost about 6 yards. For people in the know, are we telegraphing the screen somehow? It just seems like it hasn't worked well for several years.
Conroy wound up missing a 52 yarder wide right with two seconds left. That three points would've been big to close out the half. (It didn't help that Cousins threw 2 yards to Linthicum on 3rd and 3, but it happens.)
