Last night WMU lined up to kick a field goal
The ball was snapped to the holder, who flipped the ball over his shoulder to the place kicker, who ran for a first down.
The question I have, when the holder got the snap, his right knee was on the ground.
By rules, if a knee hits the ground, the play is dead.
Why was that not the case for the trick play?
