Class of 2025 safety Ethan Long tells Spartans Illustrated that he will be attending the Michigan State-Penn State game at Ford field for the Spartans’ season finale.
When the four-star was offered by MSU in May, he said his conversation with cornerbacks coach Jim Salgado was “one of the best” he’d ever had with a coach.
Long has piled up even more offers from power schools since that point, but said at the time MSU was one of the leaders in his recruitment and was overall impressed with the Spartans’ coaching staff.
It will be interesting to see how the relationship between the two parties continues to build, but getting him to a game (albeit not a true home game) is a positive sign.
