Regarding transfer portal QB prospect KJ Costello of Stanford:
Last night on SpartanMag LIVE, I mentioned that some sources from Costello's camp said that Michigan State had shown serious interest in him. Maybe that was at the outset. But that's not the case anymore.
My source tells me that Michigan State respectfully informed Costello that the Spartans are going to stick with their current QBs and will not pursue Costello. Michigan State is ready and willing to put Lombardi, Day and Thorne on the practice field and go with the QB who emerges.
