the new head of the Big Ten hasn't the strength to take on Michigan and level punishments. The longer he waits the less likely something is done and once again, Michigan will laugh at the entire league. If he's scarred of legal entanglements he again has no intestinal fortitude since the Big has plenty of money and apparently you get to skirt the rules, put kids in danger( they called that,not me), and then claim that everyone does it. When his contract is up, the rest of the league should remember this moment in time clearly.
