The generally accepted definition of woke is as follows:

“alert to injustice in society”

Is the active lobbying for criminal charges against these young MSU players by Jim Harbaugh, Ward Manuel and the UM administration (for a 90 second post rivalry game scuffle) a “just” response to what happened?

Criminal charges and permanent stains on one’s record for these types of actions are either unprecedented or nearly unprecedented for a 90 second post game college football scuffle.

Not to mention that UM could have prevented the entire incident had they taken basic precautions after prior tunnel incidents at their stadium and warnings from Penn State

It seems to me that this is an “unjust response” and that UM is demonstrating that they are the “opposite of woke”

What do others think?
