With less than a minute and a two touchdown lead, PSU punches it in for another score instead of running out the clock. For gamblers it allowed PSU to cover, but not sure I like the sportsmanship shown by Franklin. To me, this is where the conference needs to step in and reprimand Franklin for poorly representing the conference. With the gambling overtones and all the gambling issues in football it also smells of the gamblers having their claws in PSU.
