Fox CFB just released this "top transfers since 2000" and ranked Kenneth Walker III No. 7. Is that too low? I think he should be top-5 at least. He took a 6-6 team to 11 wins. Imagine if K9 was still with MSU last season. Definitely a team that has more than five wins.
