2022 Bradenton (Fla.) IMG Academy four-star running back Kaytron Allen officially visited Michigan State over the final weekend of June.
"He said the visit was great," one of Allen's former youth coaches told me. "He was really surprised about the school altogether."
It is important to note that three (Penn State, Florida, and Georgia) of the four schools that Kaytron Allen officially visited in June are trending in positive directions for other 2022 running backs.
While it remains unclear whether the 5-foot-11, 215-pound running back is leaning in a certain direction currently, it is safe to assume Coach Tucker and his staff have put Michigan State firmly into the discussion.
Allen is ranked as the No. 118 overall recruit in the class of 2022 according to Rivals.com. He is also the No. 6 running back and No. 16 recruit in the state of Florida.
