For a player that has a “one way” reputation, who, needs improvement in the nuts and bolts stuff required to contribute to winning, I thought that was notable.
I thought he was better on the defensive side than offense, 4 offensive rebounds not withstanding.
Yes, defense was, um, very not good overall, but that’s not all on him. There was nothing he could do about Miller.
He brought a lunch pail and went to work, it just wasn’t enough.
It was a step in the right direction.
